Use and retention

Ownomi uses your name, email, selected format and message to respond to your enquiry. On ownomi.com, enquiries are submitted to AWS in Frankfurt. Records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; actual deletion may take a few additional days. An email copy reaches the owner’s Gmail account and is stored separately; that automatic retention period does not cover the email copy.

Drafts and other addresses

On the local preview, the form only saves a draft. On other addresses it may prepare a message in your email app. The form status explains whether an enquiry was sent. Downloading a draft does not send an enquiry.

Measurement

With your permission, Ownomi uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, visits, approximate country, device/browser categories and referral sources. First-party _ga cookies recognize a browser for up to 180 days; this is pseudonymous measurement, not identification of a person. We do not enable Google Signals, advertising personalization, User-ID or advertising integrations. Google processes IP addresses to provide the service and derive approximate location; GA4 states that it does not log or store those IP addresses. Google may process data outside your country. We do not send form contents, email, names, genomic or medical information, filenames, query strings or arbitrary URL fragments. Pages with query parameters or unrecognized fragments are excluded from analytics. No Google analytics request is made before permission. Declining does not affect the site. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice; withdrawal stops future collection and removes analytics cookies but does not automatically delete earlier reports. Your choice is saved locally for 180 days. Event-level retention is configured to two months; aggregate reports may be retained longer.
